The CryptoTag Tamper Proof, compared to the standard CryptoTag, allows to give additional information on the status of the tag: the opening or closing of the seal.
This type of tag is particularly useful when, in addition to the authenticity of the product, you also want to guarantee to the consumer its integrity.
Compared to the standard CryptoTag, the CryptoTag Tamper Proof provides additional information regarding the status of the seal (closed or open).
The open state is irreversible: once the seal has been opened there is no way to restore the closed state. This last characteristic is fundamental in order to not to allow the tampering of the seal itself.
Example of reading a CryptoTag Tamper Proof: the interaction between the Smartphone and the Tag has allowed to authenticate the bottle, obtain the salient information about it and also to obtain the status of the seal which in this case guarantees the integrity of the wine bottle.
